Strawberry Butterfly Pea Tea | Patriotic Edition

 ¼ cup strawberry puree
 2 strawberries (chopped for garnish)
 ¾ cup milk ( lactose free - Almond Milk - vanilla)
 1 cup ice cubes

Directions:

In a large glass, add the strawberry puree. Fill the glass to the top with ice. Slowly, pour the milk into the glass. Then, add the butterfly pea flower tea.
Tip: pouring over the ice will help create the layered effect.

Strawberry Puree
Blend together:
1 cup strawberries (thawed, if frozen)
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
(watching your sugar intake? you can just blend strawberries alone and add a honey stick)

Butterfly Pea Flower Tea
Brew 1 tablespoon (or one tea bag) dried butterfly pea flowers in 1 cup hot water, or cold brew in fridge overnight.
